Job Description

The Patient Financial Services Supervisor provides oversight to all aspects of patient accounting, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations under the direction of the Revenue Cycle Director. Manages daily workflow and productivity of Patient Financial Services staff.  Acts as liaison for patients, personnel and outside entities in regards to patient accounting. Assists Director in hiring, training, counseling and staff evaluations. Responsible for reviewing and revising Patient Financial Services policies and procedures.  

Qualifications

What is Required...

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous supervisor or management experience
  • Three years of patient account experience
  • Knowledge of all aspects of Revenue Cycle

What is Preferred...

  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or Finance

Additional Information

Wage:  Wage range currently starts at $49,337/year and goes up to $77,937/year. Actual wage will be calculated based on years' of applicable experience.

FTE:  1.0 = 40 hours/week; Exempt

Shift:  Primarily Mondays - Fridays; 8:00am - 4:30pm.  After a successful probationary and training period, this position will transition to being hybrid with a combination of both on-site and remote days.
