Job Description

The Licensed Practical Nurse delivers patient care within their scope of practice and under the direction of a Registered Nurse and/or the Provider.  The LPN gathers assessment data, administers medications and treatments.  The LPN provides and supports the educational needs of the patient under the delegation of an RN.  The LPN can coordinate patient care with the provider, RN, and ancillary staff.  Professionalism is demonstrated by quality of care and professional growth and development.  Quality assurance endeavors are implemented as part of the nursing team.

Qualifications

What is required...

  • Licensed Practical Nurse, graduate of an accredited program with current valid license in the State of Washington
  • Current CPR card (maintenance required)
  • Valid Washington State driver’s license
  • Reliable transportation & valid automobile insurance

What is preferred...

  • Previous clinical experience
  • Previous experience in Home Health or Hospice

Additional Information

Wage:  Wage range currently starts at $23.37/hour and goes up to $35.42/hour. Actual wage will be based on years' of applicable experience.

FTE:  1.0 = 40 hours/week
