This position will be primarily responsible for internal auditing, clinical record review, and HIS/OASIS submissions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in the Home Health & Hospice Medical Record. This position will provide staff education regarding quality assurance and process improvement activities for the Home Care & Hospice departments.  Works closely with other KVH departments to achieve quality outcomes and assure competency of staff.  This position may also work as a staff RN for Home Health Services.

What is required...

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program & currently licensed in the State of Washington
• Three years relevant clinical experience or experience with clinical applications utilized at KVH (Cerner)
• One year Medicare Certified Home Health/Hospice experience
• Current CPR card (maintenance required)
• Valid Washington State driver’s license
• Reliable transportation & valid automobile insurance

What is preferred...

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Prior experience in QM/QAPI

Wage:  Wage range starts at $31.31/hour.  Actual wage will be based on years' of applicable experience.  This position is also eligible to receive an additional 15% premium, in lieu of benefits.

FTE:  Per Diem
