Job Description
Provides administrative support to the KVH Foundation Board. Prepares and disseminates correspondence, including meeting minutes, draft documents and maintains confidential files. Will assist with donation correspondence within the KVH Community and work closely with the KVH Finance department to ensure accurate accounting of Foundation fundraising.
Qualifications
What is required...
- Associate Degree
- At least 3 years of experience in a clerical/office setting
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio and Power Point
What is preferred...
- Previous experience working with fundraising activities
- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting
- Exposure to or knowledge of Lean principles in a healthcare setting
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills required
- Extremely high attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Self-motivated and self-directed
Additional Information
Wage: Wage range starts at $24.00/hour. Actual starting wage will be based on years' of applicable and relevant experience.
FTE: .50 = 20 hours/week. **Hours will substantially increase during the more active times of fundraising.**
Benefits: This position is not eligible for benefits.
