KVH is an integrated healthcare delivery system that includes 24-hour emergency care, inpatient, and outpatient hospital services through KVH Hospital. Clinics include family medicine, internal medicine, orthopedics, general surgery, women’s health, and urgent care. Specialty services provide home health and hospice, physical, speech and occupational therapies and a geriatric nurse practitioner program.

The System Administrator supports the organization’s physical and virtual computer systems, storage and network. This role is responsible for the deployment and security of the infrastructure including configuration and support of network servers, directory services, backup and recovery, network security, mobility, endpoints, and security monitoring and tuning. Ensures the appropriate availability and provisioning of resources in a virtual server environment and associated storage area network. Responsible for administration of the enterprise messaging systems.

What we require...

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field
• *Additional 6 years' experience managing Windows based servers and workstations will be considered in lieu of formal education
• 3 years' experience in a Windows enterprise client/server environment, including experience in most or all of: configuration and support of network servers, directory services, backup and recovery, and network security

What we prefer...

• Experience in a healthcare environment
• VMware certification
• Certification from Microsoft and/or SANS
  

Wage:  Starting at $24.74 - $33.31/hour; based on years of applicable experience

FTE: 1.0 FTE = 40 hours/week
