Job Description
- Owner of consolidated data management, processes and tools pertaining to budget, forecast and actual results.
- Collaborate with Sales Team to update forecast data for monthly PSI meeting.
- Upload forecast data and actuals to Power BI Dashboard.
- Validate Power BI Daily Sales Dashboard, perform root cause analysis, work with Business Intelligence Team/IT to rectify the issues.
- Data governance from ERP, master data maintenance and business requirements gathering.
- Data reconciliation between source data (ERP) and other business applications. Be the data steward of the BU for Actuals and Forecast data.
- Revenue Tracking and Reporting
- Monitor worldwide sales, identify gaps and reconcile revenue recognition with cross functional teams.
- Track and report sales attainment weekly.
- Perform month end final sales reconciliation with finance.
- Scrap Process Owner
- Lead discussions with planners to explore rework possibilities. Consolidate scrap request after exhausting all options.
- Submit scrap request to finance and follow up actions required.
- Collaborate with Legal, Scrap Vendor, and Logistics to execute scrap.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Plus 2+ years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience. Experience in semiconductor or related industry preferred.
- Experience in revenue tracking, reporting, financial consolidation and reconciliation, preferred.
- Detailed oriented and passionate about numbers.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Proven history of creative problem solving capability.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong MS Office skills, including fluency with advanced excel skills.

The expected salary for this position is $68,673.00 - 109,876.00.
