Job Description
As Warranty Administrator, the incumbent is responsible for the following:
Providing Great Customer Service through after possession care in resolving warranty issues with existing boat owners/dealers in a professional and courteous manner:
- Responding to Warranty related emails
- Answering Warranty related phone calls
- Process warranty claims
- Create walkthru deficiency list
- Track and follow up with outstanding work orders
- Coordinate and track repairs
Providing the Warranty and Technical with administrative support including updating and maintaining various schedules and warranty files:
- Assist in compilation/creation of warranty file upon possession
- Notify Operations Teams for service work
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Familiarity with marine/boat terminology is an asset
- Computer literate
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Well-developed organization and planning skills
- Good negotiating skills
- Proven ability to work in a team
- Customer service orientation
- Numbers oriented, with good attention to detail
