Job Description

Anticipated Contract End Date/Length: 12 months

Our client in the global professional services industry is seeking a Marketing Lead to cover a maternity leave.

What you will do:

  • Align local employer brand priorities with global employer brand strategy.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns to deliver internal and external employer brand strategy ensuring brand values are properly reflected at all touchpoints (e.g., throughout campaigns, digital and print collateral, and events).
  • Increase employer brand presence, content, and tone of voice across several regional locations ensuring the use of digital channels with associated reporting.
  • Work closely with Brand team to ensure best practices.
  • Promote the Employer of Choice initiatives, Employer Value Proposition, and key messages externally.
  • Liaise with stakeholders including business leaders, HR, recruiting and marketing to ensure consistency in local market.
  • Manage delivery timelines.
  • Manage agency partners/internal creatives to brief and measure effectiveness of digital media programmes.
  • Manage and update content on careers landing pages (internal and external).
  • Manage, and own the alumni programme – national, regional and c-suite.
  • Deliver on the global alumni targets at a local level.
  • Analysing data, creating programmes in response to the business needs.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Recruitment Marketing / Employer Branding / Candidate Marketing.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong marketing skills and deep overall business acumen.
  • Excellent experience and work in marketing and communications especially focused on employer brand and digital content marketing.
  • Ability to drive content creation and review, understanding how to write for and tone for different channels.
  • Resourceful approach to problem-solving and ability to propose creative solutions.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to put structure around ambiguously defined thoughts/situations.
  • Strong English written and verbal skills.
  • Able to build credibility with a large network of key stakeholders.
  • Flexible and willing to get involved in other core business initiatives – e.g. diversity, equality & inclusion (DE&I), sustainability.
  • Thrive on working in intense, deliverable and deadline driven environment.
