Job Description

Anticipated length: 6 months with potential to extend

Our client in the global professional services industry is seeking a Global Campaign Manager to drive funnel-wide marketing strategies for a major campaign with other marketing leaders and provide oversight to junior marketers. The successful candidate will understand how to deliver impact through marketing activities, flexibility, strong stakeholder management, and collaboration skills are key. Salesforce experience is ideal.

What you will do:

  • Create campaign plans and develop assets and customer journeys for activation across the full marketing funnel by territories, leveraging MarTech.
  • Develop channel strategies and marketing tactics across a wide variety of functional areas of the marketing mix including brand, digital, and social marketing, public relations, analyst relations, collateral, thought leadership, sales tools, and events.
  • Translate business strategies into marketing strategies and support the development of data-driven integrated omnichannel global marketing strategies.
  • Understand marketing trends and channels that increase demand generation and brand equity.
  • Build depth of understanding and knowledge for a go-to-market priority in a short period of time.
  • Possessing stakeholder engagement and management skills will be key in driving alignment and synergies across the network.
  • Manage multifaceted campaign activations with the ability to balance competing priorities and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Build and manage relationships with other marketing functions and the business, across a global network, including effectively managing a matrixed organization.
  • Partner with senior leaders, marketing teams, and the business to support the development of a global marketing strategy and define the marketing activities that will maximize awareness, develop client relationships, build pipelines, and increase market share.
  • Understand modern marketing and sales capabilities including marketing automation principles and content marketing, in either B2B or B2C environments.
  • Leverage marketing automation systems to bring personalization to marketing activities preferably with Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferable.
  • Lead and coach strategic marketers to support professional development and build modern marketing capabilities.
  • Balance differing perspectives and priorities across the business to drive alignment and champion a firm mentality.
  • Navigate complex situations and where necessary, conduct difficult conversations with senior leaders across the marketing organization or business to jointly come to the right outcomes.
  • Leverage data to evaluate the impact of marketing activities at the strategy and campaign level to influence the focus and direction of future marketing campaign strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, university degree or equivalent experience.
  • Big 4/Professional Service environment.
  • Strong project management skills while leading high profile campaigns and directing teams.
  • Brand marketing/campaign development and implementation at brand level.
  • Leveraging data to evaluate the impact of marketing activities (at the campaign level) to influence the focus and direction of future marketing campaign strategies.
  • Building depth of understanding and knowledge for a go-to-market priority in a short period of time.

Additional Information

The team works from the London office 3 days per week. 

Candidates must be legally authorized to live and work in the country the position is based in, without requiring sponsorship.
