About the role:
You will be responsible for coordinating and managing the sales support function of KinCare, with a focus on the successful onboarding of new customers.

You will support the sales team with finding tailored customer solutions as well as being the the ‘go-to’ expert within the sales function on all KinCare product sets. Previous Salesforce experience would be great as you will need to troubleshoot system errors and take ownership of data/quality audits.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Support the smooth and coordinated handover of customers from ‘Sales’ (be that HCP Specialists or Customer Care Managers) to Operations to ensure successful on-boarding and enrolment of new customers.
  • Ensure the delivery of QA aligned and best practice administrative process.
  • Ensure data relating to sales and customer onboarding is to the highest standard.
  • Proactively communicate with internal stakeholders to resolve any issues or on-boarding challenges.

Our office is based in Bella Vista with a mix of working from the office and home each week.

About you:

  • Ideally, you will have knowledge and experience of the Aged Care funding process.
  • Demonstrated experience as an administrator in a business to consumer sales /service (required).
  • Advanced computer skills (word, excel, PPT) and customer management system (Salesforce highly preferred).
  • Strong relationship and communication skills.
  • Organised, process focused, detail focussed with a customer centric sales focus and approach.
  • Exceptional time management skills with ability to work under pressure.
  • A passion for helping vulnerable and elderly customers and their families.
