About the role:
You will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of 7 schedulers who ensure our remote workforce efficiently deliver service to our customers across 3 large geographical locations. You will have exceptional team leadership and customer relations skills as this role oversees the development and analysis of daily schedules, call quality, reporting, and administration of cyclic scheduling of a largely casual field team.

You will be supported by a Scheduling Manager who will manage the department’s key strategic decisions allowing you to focus solely on people management and even hands-on scheduling as required.

Currently, we can offer a mix of working from home and our office in Murrarie.

Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Drive customer satisfaction by overseeing the provision of consistent and high quality service delivery.
  • Provide feedback and develop a strong team culture.
  • Actively participate in performance management, coaching and development of your team.
  • Ensure the team delivers service coverage of operational hours between 6am-8pm, Monday to Friday.
  • Identify and analyse relevant scheduling data and trends impacting on the reliability of resources
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with other internal departments.

About you:

This role would suit a seasoned scheduling/rostering team leader who has managed a large team and can generate innovative approaches to problem solve and deliver outcomes that meet customer’s needs.  

By using your extensive service coordination and planning experience, you’ll have the confidence to make decisions based on relevant policies and procedures as well as the analytical skills to develop policy options for identified issues. 

Any previous experience to the Aged Care industry would be great but not essential. What we are really looking for is a strong team leader, who is proactive in team engagement and has the ability to be flexible, adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
