Job Description

 We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead and scale end-to-end hiring operations in Amsterdam. This role will oversee recruitment strategy, team management, employer branding, and delivery across technical and non-technical roles, ensuring high-quality talent acquisition aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple business units

  • Build and execute hiring strategies aligned with workforce planning and growth goals

  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and sourcers

  • Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand talent needs

  • Drive recruitment metrics: time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire

  • Strengthen employer branding and candidate experience

  • Oversee vendor management, agencies, and external partners

  • Ensure compliance with Dutch and EU labor laws, GDPR, and hiring best practices

  • Implement recruitment tools, ATS optimization, and process improvements

  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) hiring initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

  • 6+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

  • Proven experience leading recruitment teams

  • Strong knowledge of:

    • Dutch & EU employment regulations

    • End-to-end hiring processes

    • ATS platforms and recruitment analytics

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Experience recruiting across Europe (local + international hiring)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience hiring for technology, engineering, or professional services roles

  • Background in scaling teams for fast-growing organizations

  • Employer branding and campus hiring experience

  • Multilingual skills (English required; Dutch preferred)

Nice to Have

  • Experience with relocation and visa sponsorship processes

  • Data-driven recruitment optimization experience

  • Exposure to global or EMEA hiring strategies
