We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Retail Store Manager to oversee counter sales operations at our store in Sector 105, Mohali. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, processing orders, handling payments, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. 

Counter Sales Responsibilities:

-Greeting customers and taking orders.

-Processing payments.

-Assisting customers with queries and providing solutions quickly.

-Possessing excellent product knowledge to inform and increase sales.

-Following up on orders to prevent delay and frustration.

-Updating the product inventory.

-Cleaning the customer area during quiet times to ensure a neat appearance.

-Ensuring that each customer leaves the store satisfied. 

Required Skills: 

-High school diploma with good communication skills in Hindi, Punjabi and English

-Knowledge and use of cash register.

-On-the-job training.

-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

-Good personal appearance.

Salary: Rs. 25,000 to 35,000
