We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Behavioral Health Eligibility Verification & Benefits Verification (EVBV) and Authorization Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for verifying patient insurance eligibility, benefits coverage, and obtaining prior authorizations for behavioral health services. This role requires expertise in handling insurance verifications, communicating with payers, and ensuring smooth reimbursement processes.

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in medical billing, eligibility verification, or prior authorization for behavioral health services.
• Strong understanding of insurance verification and payer requirements.
• Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance plans.
• Proficiency in Pharmacy websites for Drugs authorization
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work independently.
