Profile: Process Associate - Medical Billing

Location: Bestech Business Towers, Mohali, PB

Job Type: Full-time

Work experience: 1 year-3years

Job Timing: Fixed Night Shift (7:00 PM to 4:30 AM IST)

Job Responsibilities:

• Experience in medical billing, A/R follow-ups, and denial management.

· Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding.

· Familiarity with major insurance carriers (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial payers).

· Proficiency in medical billing software and EHR systems.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Experience in DME, Physician billing, Behavioural Health (Spravato, or TMS billing)

· HIPAA compliance knowledge

· experience in medical billing, eligibility verification, or prior authorization for behavioral health services.

· Strong understanding of insurance verification and payer requirements.

· Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance plans.

· Proficiency in Pharmacy websites for Drugs authorization

· Excellent communication and organizational skills.

· Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work independently.
