Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented US Legal Recruiter to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will have a passion for legal recruitment and a keen ability to identify top talent in the legal field. This role involves sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for various legal positions, ensuring a seamless hiring process from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize job boards, social media, professional networks, and other platforms to source and attract qualified legal professionals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for legal roles.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers or legal teams, ensuring timely feedback and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
• Stay updated on industry trends and legal requirements to ensure compliance in recruitment practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to enhance engagement and retention efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of legal terminology and the ability to assess candidates' legal qualifications.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

• Must be ready to work in the night shift (6:00 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST)
