Job Description
Job Summary:
We seek a dynamic Business Development Manager/ Sr. Executive to drive growth and expand our staffing solutions. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and developing strategies to meet client needs in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:
- Direct clients (Fortune clients and Mid-cap ) / MSPs (IT and non-IT, which includes but is not limited to healthcare).
- Identify potential clients and market trends through thorough research.
- Analyze competitors and industry developments to inform strategies.
Client Acquisition:
- Develop and execute strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Conduct outreach to prospective clients through networking, cold calling, and meetings.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations.
- Act as clients' primary point of contact, addressing their needs and concerns.
Proposal Development:
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to prepare tailored staffing proposals.
- Present staffing solutions to clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our services.
Sales Strategy Implementation:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure alignment on client requirements.
- Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns that support business development efforts.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and report on business development metrics, including lead generation and conversion rates.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Additional Information
Location: Mohali / remote (Onsite preferred)
Compensation: As per industry standards with bonus structure
