Job Description

Job Summary:

We seek a dynamic Business Development Manager/ Sr. Executive to drive growth and expand our staffing solutions. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and developing strategies to meet client needs in a competitive market.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Direct clients (Fortune clients and Mid-cap ) / MSPs (IT and non-IT, which includes but is not limited to healthcare).
  • Identify potential clients and market trends through thorough research.
  • Analyze competitors and industry developments to inform strategies.

Client Acquisition:

  • Develop and execute strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Conduct outreach to prospective clients through networking, cold calling, and meetings.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations.
  • Act as clients' primary point of contact, addressing their needs and concerns.

Proposal Development:

  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to prepare tailored staffing proposals.
  • Present staffing solutions to clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our services.

Sales Strategy Implementation:

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure alignment on client requirements.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns that support business development efforts.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Track and report on business development metrics, including lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 2-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Compensation: As per industry standards with bonus structure

Shift Timings- 6 PM - 3:30 AM
