Job Title: US Healthcare Recruiter Intern/Trainee
Position: Paid Internship (3 Months)
Job Location: Bestech Business Towers, Mohali
Job Timings: 6:00 PM - 3:30 AM IST, Monday to Friday (Fixed Night Shift)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying, sourcing, and recruiting qualified healthcare professionals, including RNs, LPNs, and travel nurses.
• Support in reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, and coordinating interviews.
• Provide assistance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Help manage the applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting.
• Learn about industry trends and best recruitment practices, and participate in process improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or currently pursuing).
• Strong interest in recruitment and the US healthcare industry.
• Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new challenges.

Work Timings: 6:00 pm to 3:30 am IST

Stipend: First 3 months is 15k CTC, then will increase from 21k to 25k CTC
