Job Description

Kimball Midwest, a national distributor of maintenance, repair and operation products, is searching for a Pricing Analyst in our Marketing Department for our Columbus, OH location. We are looking for an assertive, hardworking, motivated, and customer focused individual.

Our Pricing Analyst will be responsible for operating the total pricing systems function of the company, providing customer service to sales representatives via phone, effectively report the status of the pricing function and to recommend and institute pricing adjustments, and maintain compliance with all applicable agency, governmental policies, rules, procedures, and laws.

Qualifications

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Has a business degree or equivalent work history
  • Has a high degree of number acuity and ability to analyze reasons for profit performance
  • Has knowledge of the company’s product line and market driven influences affecting pricing
  • Has a high degree of accuracy in both written and verbal skill
  • Has an intermediate level of Microsoft Excel knowledge
  • Has the ability to read and write small letters and numbers plus the ability to make arithmetic calculations
  • Has the ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
  • Successfully completes a ninety (90) day orientation period
