Job Description
Along our challenge-full & growth-oriented journey, we are looking for an experienced and talented Python/Django developper to strengthen our teams.
Your mission:
- Improve and collaborate on an existing Python 3 / Django & Django Rest Framework codebase
- Tackle challenges across multiple topics (transactions, settlements, reconciliations, risk management, reporting, data science, ...)
- Identify technical requirements & solutions according to feature requests
- Review code changes to learn from your peers and share your wisdom
- Deliver code according to best testing and documentation standards
- Collaborate & synchronize often with the Product Owner and the Tech Lead
- Report to the Tech Lead & CTO
Qualifications
- 4+ years in a previous developper position
- 2+ years within a team following scrum principles (e.g. collaborating daily with a PO)
- Regular open source contributor (add your Github profil to your application)
- Ability to navigate a large code base and making impactful changes within 1-2 weeks
- Good knowledge of the technology landscape & mentoring skills
- Familiarities with the following technologies is a plus
- Github Actions & CI principles
- Terraform, Kubernetes, EFK, Prometheus stack & DevOps principles
- micro-services, CQRS, event sourcing & software architectures principles
- REST, GraphQL, GRPC & API design principles
- A flexible, goal oriented, well-organised and self-started personality
- Willingness to work in startup and have a strong impact
- Fluent in English (written/verbal), knowledge of Spanish/French is a plus
- Previous experiences in fintech and international-scoped product are a plus
