Job Description

Along our challenge-full & growth-oriented journey, we are looking for an experienced and talented Product Owner to strengthen our teams.

Your mission:

  • Own 2-3 products and lead their iterations
  • Define user stories & prioritize backlogs with technical leaders 
  • Work on a daily basis close to users, developers & other stakeholders
  • Build insights from user research, interviews & surveys into customer journeys, tests, wireframes, mockups & specs
  • Data-drive progress through feedback & analytical insights
  • Deliver product evolution with end-to-end quality assurance and good documentation
  • Collaborate & synchronize often with other Product Owners, UX Designers, and Project Managers
  • Coordinate the launch of new features with technical & operational teams
  • Participate in the company goals planning & product ideations
  • Report to the CTO and other sponsors

Qualifications

Your profile:

  • 2+ years in a previous Product Owner position
  • Living the agile way: ceremonies have no secret for you
  • Solid foundations in design thinking and lean methodologies
  • Good understanding of technology and ability to popularize complex topics
  • A flexible, goal oriented, well-organised and self-started personality
  • Willingness to work in startup and have a strong impact
  • Fluent in English (written/verbal), knowledge of Spanish/French is a plus
  • Previous experiences in fintech and international-scoped product are a plus
