KiWi is growing! We are now looking for a Web Designer - Developer, based in Mexico City. You will join our multidisciplinary growth hacking team and lead our customer facing website development.

• Build a brand new and appealing website, based on the stack of your choice (design + web development + CMS…), in collaboration with your growth hacking team
• Create optimized web graphics, create design components for new pages and modify existing designs to optimize usability
• Take particular care in building an efficient testing framework for the team to improve conversion results, as well as an analytics framework to gather information on website behavior and results
• Optimize the website for SEO
• Improve the customer experience by continuously implementing new features, optimize user flow, and increase technical performance

• 3+ years of professional web design/development experience
• Whatever stack you chose, you must excel at it
• Highly proficient with HTML5/JavaScript/CSS
• Adept at writing current, clean, compliant, search-engine friendly HTML and CSS
• Great sense of visual design
• Experience with responsive design development and website architecture layout designs
• Strong Wireframing skills
• Strong in UX/UI, and knowledge of translating design into code
• Knowledge of search engine optimization
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and similar analytical and testing frameworks
• A solid understanding of web application development processes, from the layout/user interface to relational database structures
• Fluent in English and Spanish
