Job Description

Job Description:

  • Executing promotional SMSs and PNs
  • Monitoring, configuring and improving all transactional and operational comms sent to our users on APP
  • Making sure that comms are sent to our users in every action they take on Khazna app or Khazna card
  • Cooperating with Khazna’s tech team and product team on users’ journeys on all services on our app and spotting the missing steps and filling it with the right comms to deliver most users’ experience and satisfaction and to build trust and credibility.
  • Cooperating with the support team to be updated with most common and repeated complaints from our users and delivering the optimal solution.
  • Leading experiments and delivering the best practices
  • QCing messages and content
  • Copywriting in some cases
     

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience with operations
  • Knowledge of CRM
  • Good understanding of Fintech
  • Good understanding of database structure
  • Basic knowledge of SQL
  • Good with excel and google sheets
  • Perfect communication skills
  • Good with wording (Arabic)
