The studio has developed a platform of scalable, artificial intelligence led, automated, build and testing tools optimized for game development pipelines. Mighty is currently running thousands of hours of automated testing per day on client titles across a range of mobile games, console titles, multiplayer and cross-play games in a variety of genres.
In August of 2022, Mighty Games joined Keywords Studios, an international technical services provider to the global video games industry. With over 70 facilities in 24 countries strategically located in Asia, Australia, the Americas and Europe, Keywords Studios provides integrated art creation, marketing services, game development, testing, localization, audio and player support services across more than 50 languages and 16 games platforms to a blue-chip client base of over 950 clients across the globe.
Job Description
Mighty Games are currently recruiting for an Associate Producer to assist our growing team of enthusiastic and collaborative developers. We specialise in creating tools to accelerate and empower game developers. In particular, our tools assist in automating the build and deployment processes of games creation as well as automated QA testing.
The role of Associate Producer at Mighty Build and Test is a technical-production role where you'll work to assist our teams and studio to manage client projects alongside the development of tools and utilities. Additionally, you will assist in organising meetings, capturing and organising documentation, recording staffing allocations on projects. This is a fantastic role for someone interested in both Games and/or Technology Development in general.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities of the Associate Producer role at Mighty Build and Test can be broken down into the following core areas:
Development
Support Managers and other Producers in their daily duties
Identify production challenges and design strategies to resolve them
Work alongside developers to document key information and challenges
Facilitate communication between developers, internal stakeholders and clients
Initiate Sprint Planning, Sprint Retrospective and Stand-Up meetings
Collaborate with Managers and other Producers to manage and record staffing allocations
Assist in managing calendars and meetings between Australian and International team members
Collaborate with client-management teams to ensure work is fit-for-purpose
Write and update internal documentation for new features
General
Providing general assistance, guidance and support to all areas of the business by;
Attending Team Weekly Ops and Individual Performance Meetings
Keeping abreast of daily/ weekly departmental priorities
Documenting work done in internal ticketing tools
Assisting with staff training
Additional responsibilities may be added at a later date in consultation with your manager.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
3+ Years of employment in a role within IT, Games, Programming or Similar Industry.
Experience working with Excel, PowerPoint and other Business Applications or Equivalents
Demonstrated experience in project planning or management
High-Level understanding of the Games Industry and Development Practices and Roles
Foundational familiarity with Unity, Unreal, Godot, Game Maker or other Game Engines
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment within a growing studio
DESIRABLE SKILLS
Competencies in Computer Hardware, Software and Networking configurations and Systems
Experience in C#, C++, Java, Python or another programming language
Understanding of Game Development QA Concepts – Bugs and Bug Reproduction, Triage etc.
Understanding of Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) Concepts
Passion for the technical aspects of Games Development
Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree in IT, Games, Programming or similar discipline
