Job Description

What you’ll Do All Day:

  • Manage the new hire processes including preparing and issuing employment contracts, coordinating all new hire paperwork, payroll setup, and administration of background checks and holding weekly inductions to ensure a positive on-boarding experience.
  • Support and coordinate the probationary review process.
  • Support the HR business partner/Head of HR with the leaver process.
  • Pension and benefits administration.
  • Support the HR team with minute taking in employee relations meetings.
  • Respond to day to day queries from managers and employees.
  • Maintain the employee filing system including new starter and leaver files.
  • Issue letters for internal promotions and role changes.
  • Process HR vendor invoices including liaising with accounts payable team as required.
  • Provide adhoc HR office support where required
  • Operate in line with the Company’s policies and procedures, best practice and current legislation at all times.
  • To undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by your line manager on a permanent or temporary basis

Qualifications

We’re looking For Someone who has:
•    Experience in undertaking a range of administration roles/tasks
•    Can set priorities and be flexible in a changing environment
•    Ability to learn quickly
•    Proficient with HR systems, tools and processes
•    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
•    Proficient with MS Office suite, and experienced using Powerpoint and Excel
•    Ability to effectively manage high volume work load
•    Ability to establish and build effective working relationships with strong interpersonal skills
•    Strong attention to detail
•    2-5 years of professional experience in a similar role
