Responsibility breakdown

  • Work closely with customers to understand their business requirements and challenges around data analytics
  • Translate these requirements into a technical solution making use of Alteryx
  • Analyse and define tasks, data flows and dependencies necessary to scope and deliver complex technical projects
  • Develop and maintain advanced analytics and other BI solutions using the full suite of Alteryx products (Connect, Designer, Server and Promote)
  • Develop and deliver knowledge transfer and training to the client
  • Strengthen our internal consultant network by helping solve challenges that other consultants present to the group
  • Contribute to sales work by spotting opportunities for future work and building, modifying, and presenting demos
  • Work on R&D side projects individually or as part of a team

    Qualifications

    What we’re looking for in our applicants

    • 1 year using Alteryx to deliver enterprise data analytics projects
    • Excellent client interaction, problem solving and communication skills
    • Understanding of data modelling techniques and best practices
    • Experience working with relational databases and writing SQL queries
    • Knowledge of Agile software development methods
    • Involvement in the Alteryx Community or wider data community
    • Experience working with Tableau, Snowflake, PowerBI or Qlikview / Qliksense nice to have
    • Eligible to work in the UK
