Keypath Education is supporting Cleveland State University’s search for qualified Adjunct Clinical Nursing Faculty in the College of Health, School of Nursing for the Spring 2026 academic year.

The College of Health, School of Nursing, seeks applications for potential adjunct clinical faculty for the following areas:
- Medical-surgical Nursing
- Mental Health
- Obstetrics
- Pediatrics
Job Description
Cleveland State University seeks to build a pool of persons qualified to teach Clinical Nursing Courses in local hospitals or clinical sites.
Adjunct faculty are professionals with the responsibility of providing a quality learning experience for Cleveland State University students with hospitals and clinical sites. The relationship of the adjunct faculty member to the student is one of teacher and facilitator of learning. Each adjunct is hired to guide students and facilitate learning in the clinical setting.
- Supervise a group of 6-8 CSU ABSN students onsite in the clinical setting
- Grade all course assignments and complete clinical evaluation paperwork
- Clinical hours are typically 8–12 hours per day
- Create a supportive learning environment conducive to attainment of clinical objectives
- Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and ethics in the clinical setting
- Promote evidence-based practice
- Hold a minimum of 1-2 virtual office hours each week for grading
Qualifications
- Must have an active, unencumbered RN license in Ohio
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
- At least 2 years of clinical experience in the subject area
- Must have reliable transportation to clinical sites
