We're looking for an exceptional Content Manager with a passion for creativity, leadership, and strategic innovation.

This role is tailor-made for someone who thrives on being an empathic coach, improving creative processes and driving innovative projects.

As the guiding force for our team of five dedicated content producers, you'll have the chance to mentor, inspire, and elevate their content and careers.

Your role is pivotal in identifying opportunities to enhance creative services, including the integration of AI tools.

Working collaboratively with other departments like SEO, UX, CX and paid media, you'll help us achieve our collective goals and create a unified content strategy across our portfolio of education partners.

You’ll be able to apply Agile Marketing principles and work within dynamic cross-functional squads to deliver exceptional results for our students.

Day to day, in this role you will:

• Lead, mentor and inspire a team of five content creators to produce high-quality content
• Identify opportunities to improve content production processes for all education partners
• Facilitate learning opportunities like workshops, training sessions and one-on-one coaching
• Offer expert editorial advice and demonstrate content production best practices
• Collaborate with managers from other internal functions to achieve shared goals
• Implement innovative approaches to content creation, including the integration of AI tools
• Manage HR requirements, like performance reviews and professional development
• Recruit, onboard and train new team members

We are interested in hearing from people who have:

• Proven leadership with at least three years experience managing a creative services team, in-house creative agency or a related field
• A relevant tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, public relations or a related field
• Exemplary written and verbal skills, a natural storyteller and persuasive communicator
• Strong understanding of all content formats and production processes
• Proficiency in basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express)
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Monday.com, Trello, Asana)
• Experience in generative AI tools highly regarded (e.g. ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney)
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and be an Agile advocate
