Job Description

 🌟 The Role: Admissions Manager

  • As the Admissions Manager, you are instrumental in driving student enrolment success.
  • You are tasked with managing and developing a team of Advisors, ensuring their professional growth and engagement.
  • Your role involves strategic planning based on data insights to enhance decision-making processes.
  • You foster an inclusive culture, aiming for individual and team target achievements.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Team Leadership: Direct a team to achieve or surpass set goals through coaching and development.
  • Sales Management: Oversee the sales pipeline effectively to ensure positive experiences for prospective students from inquiry to enrolment.
  • Team Development: Focus on the recruitment, growth, and retention of team members ensuring a high-performing and engaged workforce.
  • Process Management: Develop, enforce, uphold, and manage various processes and protocols while seeking continual business improvements.
  • Best Practices: Strive to adopt top-tier industry practices in all operations and processes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Training Development: Contribute to the creation of training resources and oversee the initiation of induction training as well as continuous learning and development programs.
  • Culture Building: Promote a positive environment through fairness and motivation to ensure team success. Uphold standard operating procedures consistently and champion KP culture by being an enthusiastic supporter of KP, university partners, and students alike.
  • Strategic Planning: Formulate strategic initiatives informed by data analysis to convey persuasive stories that influence decision-making.

Qualifications

 👥 Who We're Looking For:

Education

  • Higher education or similar qualification is required.

Experience

  • Demonstrated understanding of sales conversion skills
  • Stakeholder engagement experience
  • Demonstrated coaching experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to create an inclusive environment.

Technical

  • Knowledge about partners along with proficiency in CRM and telephony systems is required. Intermediate MS Office suite skills are also necessary.
