• The Admissions Manager is responsible for the professional development of a team of Student Enrolment Advisors, driving sales outcomes to assist Advisors in achieving their individual and team targets.
• The Admissions Manager will ensure the retention and engagement of team members, driving a culture of inclusion and high achievers.

• Experience in a sales focused environment, showing knowledge of sales processes and strategies
• Demonstrated success in leading a team in an outbound sales environment, driving growth and achieving results
• Experience in driving culture, motivated by exceptional results
• An understanding of campaign planning and database marketing
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, start-up environment
• Experience within the Education Industry highly regarded
• Flexibility to meet shift variations over a span of hours
