A little bit about you

We are looking for great people who share our passion for education and who want to focus on our students, providing them with an amazing experience from the moment they enquire. We are specifically looking for people with: 

  • Sales and customer service skills. People who thrive on building relationships with our students and helping them achieve their goals and help guide our students on their education journey
  • Experience working towards KPIs and financial targets, and who share the Keypath values of collaboration, commitment, innovation, and life-long learning.

Qualifications

This is what you'll be doing as our Student Enrolment Advisor

  • You will be using your sales & customer service skills. Via phone, email or web chat, you'll be the first point of contact for our students who are looking to continue their educational journey.
  • You will receive all the training and support required to provide the most accurate, helpful information to our students. We will then trust you to provide the best outcome using your knowledge and experience (you won't be given a rote script on "how to sell university courses"!).

Please note this is a full time position with a standard 38 hour working week. The core work hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 7pm on a rotating roster.
