The company seeks an experienced operations manager to oversee its popular influencer marketing solution for games publishers throughout the world.

The company already has thousands of clients, and hundreds of thousands of users all accessing the online portal, with Terabytes of historic data about video coverage and audience engagement. The product must remain online all of the time for customers worldwide, and and KPIs for the databases need to be monitored and maintained at all times.

Typical duties include:

• monitoring KPIs
• introducing processes to improve efficiency and reliability
• working with the product Development Team to maintain efficiency and reliability
• introducing systems to support all aspects of the business
• monitoring cost-effectiveness of every aspect of the business
