Job Description

About your job

You will play a key role in the growth of keylight in that market and you will represent our brand in the US market. This is a new role and area at keylight. You will report to our CEO in our Headquarter in Berlin.

What you will do…

  • Lead the sales cycle providing account leadership and direction in the pre- and post sales process.

  • Provide product demonstrations to prospects. Make phone calls, on-site appointments, negotiations and presentations to turn prospects into customers.

  • Take ownership of your book of business documenting the buying criteria and process and ensuring pipeline accuracy.

  • Supplement your pipeline by completing lead generating activities (cold calls, emails, social selling).

  • You develop long-term customer relationships and build up a trusting and efficient cooperation.

  • Accompany our customers through the closing process. You will support our clients as a consultant and maintain constant contact with them.

  • You take part in events to strengthen your network and represent our company professionally.

  • You will help our “Project area” to understand better the needs of the leads by working closely with our Technical Consultant team and with our future Customer Success Manager.

  • You support the optimization of processes, content and success reporting.

  • Teach and learn to build a bench and share best practices to win together.


You are a perfect fit if you

  • You have completed your studies and have gained at least 3 years of experience in sales.

  • Are able to establish sales practices from scratch in the US market.

  • Have interpersonal skills and are able to inspire people promoting keylight as the market-leading subscription commerce platform.

You are a charismatic people person with

  • A good sense of humor, able to inspire and motivate people!

  • Effective consulting skills, with the ability to build relationships.

  • Approach things proactively and in a solution-oriented way in a non-hierarchical organizational environment on eye level with your colleagues.
