Keyapp is a Ukrainian product IT company that provides an online platform to increase organic traffic for Android and IOS applications worldwide. We are looking for a person to join our team who can negotiate effectively, is independent, and responsible;-)

To successfully handle the tasks, you should have:

• Upper-intermediate or higher level of proficiency in English (knowledge of an additional foreign language will be an advantage as clients are from the whole world).
• Higher education in philology or marketing.
• 1+ year of experience working with clients.
• Experienced PC user, familiar with Google services.

Responsibilities:

• Consult clients regarding platform functions   (via chat, email).
• Communicate over the phone with existing and potential clients.
• Assist clients in choosing a promotion strategy for their products on our platform.
• Regularly check client activity and their results on the platform.
• Fill out reports on client interaction.

• Salary in a stable currency: 600-700 € rate (depending on candidate experience) + bonus up to 1000 €.
