* Manage account request system
* Assist customers with account issues
* Monitor and review accounts and groups for security compliance
* Ensure adherence to agency security requirements
* Troubleshoot and resolve security issues using Microsoft Active Directory and other tools
* Maintain agency security operations documentation
* Assist in other agency security operations as needed

• Experience with Microsoft active directory-Min 4 years

• Knowledgeable of IT Security frameworks and best practices-Min 4 years

• Customer focused approach-Min 4 years

• Manage agency identity and authentication management system-Min 4 years

• Provide oversight and compliance for agency system accounts and groups-Min 4 years
