Job Description
Executive Chauffeur
Department: Driver
Reports To: Fleet Manager
Job Summary:
The Executive Chauffeur at KSTG is a frontline professional responsible for the safe, timely, and courteous transportation of clients. This non-exempt role requires adherence to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, including vehicle inspections, driver logs, and operational safety standards. Executive Chauffeurs provide a superior customer experience while supporting the operational growth and success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and execute work orders for scheduled client pick-ups and drop-offs.
- Perform DOT-required vehicle inspections, including checking fluid levels, tire condition, lights, brakes, and safety equipment before and after each trip.
- Pick up client safely and in a timely manner, introduce self in a friendly but professional manner, assist client getting in and out of vehicle when needed, load and unload client’s luggage, open the door for the client to enter or exit the vehicle.
- Plan routes and requirements by studying trip sheets, maps, or special requests; determine occupant and luggage requirements, check road conditions, and estimate travel times.
- Provide feedback to dispatch or management regarding pick-ups and drop-offs and maintain vehicle run logs via the company app. Logs must meet DOT recordkeeping standards.
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned. Duties may include additional driving or vehicle preparation tasks as required, with hours tracked and compensated according to non-exempt status.
Qualifications:
- Possess a valid driver's license.
- Possess a smart phone capable of running GPS and company fleet applications.
- Possess reliable transportation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
- Ability to drive for extended periods and work in varying weather conditions.
- Must be able to reach overhead, bend, push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Capable of frequent vehicle entry/exit and handling luggage.

Work Schedule & Location:
- Part-time position
- Weekday schedule availability. Early morning hours roughly from 3:00 a.m.-noon or afternoon availability 2:00-10:00 p.m.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly, non-exempt position
- Compensation range: $18-23 per hour + 18% gratuity
- Overtime paid in accordance with federal and state law
- Benefits may include retirement options
