Job Description

The Sales Support Engineer is responsible for the timely delivery of proposals and tenders, for which he/she coordinates activities with sales and technical team members.

You will report to the Sales Manager, with whom you will closely collaborate. In your role, you will be the spider in the web working with the different disciplines at KenzFigee to obtain all relevant information to translate customer specifications into an attractive proposal.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Creating technical and commercial proposals
  • Coordination of tender/quotation activities;
  • Supporting the sales manager with contract negotiations;
  • Streamlining and improvement internal sales processes

Examples of tasks:

  • The preparation and development of budget or commercial proposal;
  • Preparing a budget and project schedule;
  • Ensuring consistent application of established sales conditions;
  • Developing and implementing budgeting tools

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Industrial Engineering & Management or Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Engineering or Project management.
  • Demonstrable knowledge, experience, and/or affinity with mechanical engineering
  • Proficiency in both Dutch and English, written and spoken.
  • Commercial driven with passion for engineering
