Job Description

As a Project Coordinator Service and Procurement Expeditor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting service contract and project management activities. Your responsibilities will span both procurement and project coordination to ensure the seamless execution of projects and the timely delivery of goods and services resulting in a satisfied client. As a Project Coordinator Service & Expeditor, your responsibilities will span across various areas, including resource planning, personnel travel coordination, material transport and deliveries, training and development and timesheets.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resource Planning: Coordinate in resource planning to ensure that the right people and resources are available for various projects and ensure that team members have the necessary tools, information and support to meet project milestones;
  • Personnel Travel: Organize travel arrangements for project team members and manage travel expenses en travel plans and requirements;
  • Material Transport/Deliveries: Coordinate material transportation and deliveries to ensure all required materials are on site in a timely and efficient manner;
  • Training and Development: Facilitate training and development for staff to ensure they have the required skills to perform their duties;
  • Service Administration: Monitor project progress in order to optimize project performance;
  • Client contracts: Maintain customer contracts and ensure excellent customer satisfaction through effective communication and resolving any issues or concerns regarding administration and coordination.

Qualifications

  • Experience (minimum of 3 years) in project coordination or a similar role, preferably in the offshore energy industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools for resource planning, reporting, and timesheet management.
  • Familiarity with travel management systems and booking platforms.
  • Knowledge of material handling procedures, logistics operations, and supply chain management.
  • Experience in coordinating training and development initiatives is desirable.
  • Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy and quality in all tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing project requirements.
  • A good command of Dutch and English is needed
