      Job Description

      You will be responsible for generating leads and obtaining orders for the business unit Up-Tower Wind. You will actively visit (potential) customers, tradeshows, and conferences, to be an active market player, achieve the set sales targets, and build long term relationships. As Sales Manager you engage closely with the KenzFigee team and other stakeholders to develop winning proposals.

      Your tasks include:

      • Building long term relationships with (potential) customers;
      • Generating sales leads and obtaining orders;
      • Be the contact person from sales lead to order, while actively communicating with (potential) customers and the KenzFigee team;
      • Registering customer, technical, market, and commercial data as input for effective marketing and the overall company strategy;
      • Negotiate contracts with customers, within the budgetary, technical, operational, and terms limits established by the company;
      • Position KenzFigee as the preferred supplier of Up-Tower Wind solutions;
      • Identifying, managing, and mitigating risks during the sales process. Amongst others by staying up-to date on technical, operational, and supply-chain developments.
      • Upon signing of the contract, preparing and coordinating the handover from Sales to Operations.

      Qualifications

      • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or similar
      • Experience in sales or coordinating customer accounts, ideally within a comparable market
      • A good knowledge and experience of working with contracts
      • Demonstrable knowledge of the Wind Industry or experience in the cranes (mechanical engineering) or similar business sectors
      • Technical affinity and understanding
      • Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
      • English - high level orally and written, ideally also Dutch
