      Job Description

      As a Junior SHE-Q Officer, you will work closely along the SHE-Q Manager and SHE-Q Advisor. Together with the SHE-Q Manager, you will support and advise companywide with implementation and coordination of project-specific quality management plans and actions. In addition, together with the SHE-Q Advisor you focus on the procedures and policymaking against quality, environment, safety and health. You will receive all-round training by our experienced SHE-Q team to gain more and more responsibility. 

      Tasks and responsibilities

      • Be involved with the current Health & Safety risk assessment SHE-Q policies and follow up;
      • Assure fulfilment of safety and environment regulations;
      • Act as prevention officer for our workshop;
      • Reporting of non-conformances, incidents and accidents, perform route cause analysis when required;
      • Registration of work instructions, approved suppliers / sub-contractors, norms and standards;
      • Checks the completeness of the scope of planned tests; where appropriate, evaluates test results and interprets test results together with the team;
      • Monitors process quality in the project, determines nonconformities, coordinates and administers the resulting actions;
      • Supports the Project Manager efforts to prepare quality-related project reports, including collating and documenting project experiences (Lessons Learned);
      • Review Supplier/Subcontractor fabrication/certification dossiers (as appropriate);
      • Review procurement documents to ensure that quality requirement have been correctly translated info purchase requisitions and design documents;
      • Review supplier Quality plans (ITP’s) against contractual requirements;
      • Take part in supplier audits and surveillances;
      • Requests and monitors implementation of corrective actions in response to identified quality nonconformities;
      • Monitors project documentation for completeness.

       

      Qualifications

      • Proactive and capable of grasping technical material quickly;
      • Proven ability to multi-task;
      • Computer Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio);
      • Good command of the Dutch and English language (written and verbal);
      • Communicative, flexible, team working and a can do attitude.
      • Strong collaboration skills and ability to thrive in a virtual and fast-paced environment.
      • Business orientated or technical education (equivalent HBO ; Bachelor of Engineering) extended with SHE-Q related courses
      • VOL-VCA Certified (can be facilitated by KenzFigee)
      • Prevention officer Certified (can be facilited by KenzFigee)
