      Job Description

      Advise and support of the board and management team on organizational company issues resulting in fulfilment of the company policy, standards and regulations against quality, environment, safety and health. So, focus primarily on assurance safety, procedures and policymaking.

      Tasks 

      • Assure an up to date and working Quality and Occupational Health & Safety Management System in accordance with the Company policy and international standards;
      • Manage the Occupational Health & Safety risk assessment and action plans.
      • Define procedures, instructions, rules and guidelines related to Quality, Environment, Safety and Health;
      • Assure fulfilment of safety and environment regulations;
      • Provide advise, guidance and training to ensure a safe, healthy work environment and safety awareness.
      • Establish, improve and monitor the implementation of HSEQ processes;
      • Manage and coordinate departmental activities;
      • Draw-up in and external audit program and perform audits and report to MT;
      • Reporting of non-conformances, incidents and accidents, perform route cause analysis when required;
      • Registration of work instructions, approved suppliers / sub-contractors, norms and standards;

      Authorizations

      • Define of procedures, rules and guidelines in relation to business processes;
      • Define in and external audit program and perform audits;
      • Assure follow up on process non-conformances, incidents and accidents are reported;
      • Controlling of corrective adjustments;
      • Initiate improvements and preventive measures
      • Invite external experts in regarding Safety and Environment.

      Responsibilities

      • Correct and on time advising and escorting of the management;
      • Correct and on time reporting / analyzing of the organizational achievements related to HSEQ;
      • Safeguarding of an adequate HSEQ organization and internal control.
      • Meet (inter-)national regulations, norms, standards and company procedures.

       

      Qualifications

      • Business orientated or technical education (equivalent HBO ; Bachelor of Engineering) extended with HSEQ related courses
      • VOL-VCA certified;
      • Good command of the Dutch and English language (written and verbal);
      • Good command of office automation programs (eg. Microsoft);
      • Minimum of five years of experience in HSE QA Management in similar organization;
      • Communicative, flexible, problem solver, self-confidence, team worker, multitasking.
      • Knowledge of relevant management systems, including ISO9001 and ISO45001;
      • Knowlegde of laws and regulations (Dutch Occupational Health and Safety Law; arbowet)
      • ERT Chief (if not qualified yet, KenzFigee will facilitate this)
