Over all 2- 4 Years’ Experience in Web Development
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience as a Drupal developer with in-depth experience, specifically with custom module development and custom theme development.  Creating and applying patches. 
Other Drupal skills:
Knowledge of multilingual Drupal implementations
Comprehensive knowledge of caching layers (apc, memcache, varnish, block and Views cache)
Performance tuning
Experience with Drupal functions and APIs
