Position:  IT Help-desk Technician
Duration: 1+ month
Location: Atlanta, GA 30308
Pay Rate: $15-$17/hr. on W2

Job Description:

Candidates will spend their time at a workstation processing Level 1 help desk tickets in our Incident Tracking system. They must read and analyze the information in the ticket. If necessary they will need to contact clients to obtain additional information to aide in resolution or ticket routing. They must troubleshoot and make decisions based on the ticket data to determine the required disposition of a ticket.
