    Job Description

    1. Working with core project team to understand new/transfer project background, e.g. New project schedule, product information etc.
    2. Implement Purchasing strategy, source/select suitable supplier for new parts (C part) in new/transfer projects. Cooperate with R&D, SQM and Strategic Buyer for supplier audit if needed.
    3. Cooperate with R&D, understand our requirement for new parts, communicate technical requirement to suppliers for new parts, meanwhile, make sure target BOM cost can be met. Ensure data available and accurate in system for procurement.
    4. Release tooling, initial samples PO, cooperate with Quality department to release new parts. 
    5. Material procurement for sample run for new parts according to project schedule.
    6. Monitor project material availability status, communicate the material status to project team, coordinate in commercial area to ensure projects launching on time.
    7. Cooperate with Quality and Procurement department on handling new parts’ quality and delivery issues.
    8. Change management during product lifecycle and initiate technical saving proactively.

    Qualifications

    1. Multinational company working experience

    2. ERP sys concept

    3. Minimum 3-year experience on Purchasing and Supply Chain Management or project management/coordination

    4. Knowledge of Microsoft office application software    

    5. Good command of written and oral English
