Job Description
Within our Business Unit IQSIGHT, we are looking for a Head of Digital Transformation & IT to lead the evolution of our digital and IT landscape as a critical enabler of our business strategy.
This is a hands‑on IT leadership role, initially focused primarily on the application and digital layers of the technology stack. The role owns how technology supports our operating model, growth ambitions, and business capabilities as we transition from a centrally delivered Group IT model to a part‑independent, fit‑for‑purpose IT landscape. This landscape will support IQSIGHT as it develops into an independent entity, while the role remains actively involved in and accountable for delivery.
The focus is on building a scalable, future‑ready IT architecture and digital foundation that enables:
- Master data management and business analytics
- Commercial business execution (CRM, CPQ, customer journey, business model logic)
- Operational execution (R&D, technical service)
- Service delivery
In the short term, a key responsibility will be to jointly define and implement the application portfolio and target architecture for IQSIGHT in close collaboration with Keenfinity Group IT. Mid‑ to long‑term, this role will ensure that the Business Unit has a clear, independent, sustainable, and strategically driven digital backbone.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the digital and IT landscape aligned with business strategy
- Define and manage the application portfolio, balancing differentiation and standardization
- Enable core business capabilities across commercial, product lifecycle, service, and operations
- Lead digital decision‑making (architecture, trade‑offs, long‑term impact)
- Act as IT leader within the BU leadership team
- Manage strategic vendors and delivery governance
- Own the IT budget and lead a small expert team (4–5 FTEs) covering CRM, MDM, analytics, and architecture
Qualifications
The role requires an individual capable of operating at executive level in a multinational company while also working day-to-day with a small, specialist IT team. It is not a strategic or advisory CIO role but offers a clear opportunity to develop into a broader CIO remit over time.
Your Profile
- 10+ years in senior IT leadership roles (e.g. Head of IT, IT Director)
- Proven experience with IT transformation, carve‑outs, or stand‑up environments
- Strong background in application ownership and enterprise systems
- Experience in global or multi‑site organizations
- Pragmatic, delivery‑focused leader with strong stakeholder skills
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast‑evolving environments
Education: Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or similar
Languages: Excellent English; German or Dutch preferred
