The Marketing Communications department (Global/EMEA) for the Bosch branded products is based in Eindhoven. We plan, support, and follow up the execution of the Marketing Communications (MarCom) activities with colleagues located in around sales organizations in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). We are a globally spread team. In the Business Unit Audio, we are in charge of different brands with the following product segments: Public Address and Voice Alarm by Bosch, Conference Systems by Bosch, Dynacord Professional Audio Electronics, Electro-Voice Professional Loudspeakers, Electro-Voice Portable Speakers, RTS Intercom Systems and Telex Aviation Headsets. Job Description
The Role
We offer an internship for a period of minimal five month or one year at our brand-new office location (Strijp-T) in Eindhoven starting February 2026. This internship consists of supporting the execution of Marketing Communication activities like:
- Support and coordination of our communication channels: global webpage, social media with focus on LinkedIn, webinars and events.
- Follow up, analyze, report and make recommendations on the results of these activities for continuous improvement.
- You will also actively support the daily tasks of the department like purchasing and translations processes, as well as support for new product introductions and strategic projects such re-branding.
Qualifications
Requirements:
We are looking for a student who demonstrates an open and proactive attitude, with a strong ability to take initiative. You should be able to prioritize multiple tasks effectively and maintain a high level of organization. The ideal candidate will also possess the following qualifications:
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written; Proficiency in Dutch is not a requirement
- Currently pursuing a degree in International Business, Marketing, or Business Administration
- A collaborative spirit and enthusiasm for teamwork
- An analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail
- You have a nationality of an EU member state or if not, you are a student at a Dutch university.
- You must be available for at least five months, one year is preferred.
- You are located in the Netherlands and preferably reside within reasonable travel distance from Eindhoven.

Though we are a small team based in Eindhoven, you will be fully integrated and actively involved in all activities, including global (team) meetings. We offer a hybrid work model, requiring you to be in the office at least three days per week.
