Department Special Customized Solutions

The internship is available within the special customized solutions team. This team consists of 6 people consisting of engineers, project management, sales support, product management and ordering. We are in contact internally with R&D, sales, product management, quality, certification and externally with integration partners and customers.

The assignment

We are looking for a motivated candidate to strengthen our team in Eindhoven for a variety of projects and independent activities.

The activities in this assignment:

• The Keenfinity products and systems are interfaced to the outside world and connected within the eco system of the end-user to offer a complete solution and offering a ‘’wow’ factor. Therefore, interfacing should be flawless.
• Main task of the internship will be testing existing IP-based interfaces between systems. Next step will be to present findings, improvements and remarks. Based upon every integration a technical integration paper should be created. Target group will be the system integrator.
• Technical interfacing to be created will be on a wide-scale from TCP-IP, ONVIF, .net, web-socket, middleware, BAC-net, MQTT etc.
• Built eco system, exploratory testing, list findings, find root-cause, discuss with R&D, discuss with technology partners, use Wire-shark, find improvements, implement improvements, create how-to guides, improve solution paper.

• We are looking for a student:
  • • who studies business administration, engineering, marketing or similar subjects (Bachelor or Master)
    • who possess very good analytical, organizational and accurate strengths
    • with advanced knowledge and experience in international businesses preferably B2B
    • who speaks English fluently; other languages are a plus
    • who is a team player, self-contained, independent and highly motivated
    • who is proficient in MS Office – Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
    • who has –ideally- acquired previous experience in applied science, engineering or marketing

Requirements

• • You have a nationality of an EU member state or if not, you are a student at a Dutch university.
  • You must be available for at least five months.
  • You can work at our office in Eindhoven.
  • You are based in the Netherlands, preferably in Eindhoven.
