The Role

🚀 The Conference department from KEENFINITY is looking for an enthusiastic intern!

As a Smart Conference Automation Intern, you will explore and showcase how modern Large Language Models (LLMs) can be integrated into the KEENFINITY Dicentis Conference System using workflow automation tools (such as n8n) and the MCP (Media Control Protocol) C# API. Your work will result in a prototype that enables AI-assisted automation and analysis, enhancing the capabilities of smart conferencing solutions.

🛠️ Your Tasks

• Gain a deep understanding of the KEENFINITY Dicentis Conference System and its integration capabilities.

• Explore and evaluate workflow automation tools (e.g., n8n) to optimize system processes.

• Integrate Large Language Model (LLM) APIs into the KEENFINITY Dicentis Conference System to enable AI-assisted features.

• Design and develop practical use cases that demonstrate the value of AI and automation in smart conferencing scenarios.

• Build a functional prototype and deliver a demo showcasing the AI-assisted automation and analysis capabilities.

🎓 What You Bring:

• You are currently studying Software Engineering, Computer Science, or in a similar direction;
• You have knowledge in C# or .NET;
• You have strong interest in AI (Large Language Models, Application Programming Interfaces, Natural Language Processing);
• You are proficient in English verbal and written;
• You are available for the minimum internship period of 6 months, preferably longer;
• You can work at our office in Eindhoven;
• You are based in the Netherlands, preferably in Eindhoven.

• You have experience with workflow automation tools such as N8N and/or None-RED;
• You are curious about system integration and workflow automation tools;
• Strong motivation;
• Creative mind and a good organizer;
• Team player and able to work independently;

• You are interested in and/or have an affinity with technical products.
