Keenans Estate Agents, one of Lancashire's leading independent agents, are actively looking to recruit a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our professional photography team. As a member of the photography team you will be responsible for photographing and collecting the final details relating to the property before it comes to market. Gathering the information required to produce brochures of the property and liaising with customers face-to-face on a daily basis.

Photographer

The role includes:

Photographing property in detail for use in printed and online material

Gathering asset photography for marketing purposes

Helping to prepare and style the property to achieve the best photographs

Collating final details in relation to the property in preparation of sale

Drawing up floorplans

Completing paperwork, as needed, with clients on appointments

The chosen candidate must have the following attributes:

Be self-motivated

Be capable of working independently and as part of a team

Be organised and efficient with time management

Competent at administrating your own work

Have a full and clean driving license

The ideal candidate will have:

Qualification in photography

Experience/interest in interior styling

Willing to work every Saturday with a day off during the week
