Job Description

As an Associate Consultant, we provide you with the unique opportunity to gain experience in practice areas such as human systems engineering, corporate transformation and change management. Our goal is to broaden your understanding of our processes while mentoring on all aspects of cross-functional analysis and documentation. You will become certified with our Conscious Hiring tool within the two-year apprenticeship program.

Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology or related area. 
•    1-3 years of HR related experience including customer service and direct client contact is desirable. (Not ideal for consultants with more than 5-8 years of experience)
•    Must be willing to learn and grow in the field of change.
•    Strong organization and time management skills.
•    Quick wit and ability to learn new processes with ease.

Additional Information

 

  • Location: Remote but ideally in San Francisco Bay Area, Silicon Valley, Los Angeles, Seattle, Portland, Denver and western part of U.S.
  • Estimated Start date: June 2018
  • Availability: 20 hours/week (ability to work more hours if needed).  
  • Business hours: 8am - 5pm Pacific Time.
  • Travel: 25% of the time for on-site co-working opportunities assisting with client trainings/workshops/retreats.
  • Citizenship: U.S. Citizen or have eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • 1099 Position: 1099 consultants are independent contractors and self-employed. 
  • Independent contractors are required to pay all self-employment taxes (Social Security & Medicare) including income tax.
